year (Handicapped, disabled, or retired
- Persons do not have to comply with employment
qualifications)
- Self-employed persons must provide copies of
tax returns
- Favorable credit report & criminal
background report
- Verifiable & favorable rental or mortgage
history of at least 1 year
- At least 1 non-student in each household (ask
your leasing agent for details)
- Minimum income of at least 2.5 times the rent
per month
